About the Author

Dr. Robert A. Raschke received his MD degree from the Rush Medical College in 1986, a MS degree in Clinical Research Design and Biostatistics from the University of Michigan in 1993, and completed a critical care fellowship at the University of Arizona in 1998. He is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He is director of the pulmonary/critical care fellowship at the Good Samaritan/VA combined program. He has published over 25 peer reviewed manuscripts/book chapters. He is board certified in critical care medicine and internal medicine. He is also an Associate Editor of the Southwest Journal of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
