About the Author
A native Oregonian, Dr. Ishan Patel did his undergraduate, medical school and internal medicine training at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine. He is currently a third year pulmonary/critical care fellow at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Patel is board certified in internal medicine.
