The heart size is normal and the lungs appear clear. No pleural abnormality is seen. No evidence of lymphadenopathy is noted.
The patient’s physical examination showed a blood pressure of 132 / 82 mmHg, pulse rate 92 / min, respiration rate of 12 / min, and a temperature of 37.1° C. The patient is mildly obese. Similar lesions were seen on the labia and stellate erosions and ulcerations were found on the labia.
